RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Varka Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Because our coffee is a perishable food item and roasted to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopvarka.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Delays caused by carriers
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
