All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our coffee is roasted to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing  
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Processing
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Delays
Varka Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
